Order times are divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order check, quality check, and packaging.
All orders are sent to the manufacturer for delivery within 24 hours of ordering. The factory and shipping company then process the orders. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing during busy seasons.
Delivery time: This is the time it takes for the goods to be sent from our warehouse to their destination.
After being processed and leaving the warehouse, delivery usually takes 6-8 business days.
Terms of delivery: We use DPD to deliver the products.
Cancellations:
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
Damaged packages and transit:
If you find that a package is damaged during transport, please, if possible, reject the package from the carrier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service with next steps.
