5. Can I pay over the phone?

Sorry, currently we don't accept any payment over phone. Please browse our website to pick your favorite items and finish your payment online.

6. How can I track my order?

You should have received a confirmation email when you placed your order and another email with a tracking link when your order was shipped. Simply click on the tracking link and you will be automatically redirected to the tracking information.

If it has been more than 3 days since you placed your order and you haven't received an email from us, check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there. If you can't find your tracking email, contact our friendly customer support team at admin@hippomanic.com, we would be more than happy to assist you.

7. Can I change my order after my credit card is charged?

Please be advised that once an order has been placed and processed, it is difficult to make modification and cancellation. If you want to change your order, please click the button contact us. You must contact us within 24 hours from you placed an order. We will do our best to accommodate your situation. But once your order has been shipped, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

8. I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at admin@hippomanic.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
