Return & Refund Policy

30 DAY RETURN POLICY


We have a 30-day return policy, that means you have 30 days left after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS
In-store

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@hippomanic.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your product, you should contact us via email at admin@hippomanic.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
If the product has been opened, used or damaged, it will be unfit for resales and will not be accepted for a refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

WHO WILL PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING 
If wrong product is sent, you can just send it back and we'll send you the right one, We'll pay for the postage sending out but you have to pay sending it back.

EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at admin@hippomanic.com.

Please get in touch with us if you would like to request a return. If you are
accepting all the conditions above, you must return your product.

RESTOCKING FEE
We don't charge a restocking fee on a return 

CUSTOMER REMORSE FEE
We do not collect remorse fee.

DEFECTIVE FEE
We do not charge defective fee.

REFUND
Once we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not your refund has been accepted. If accepted, your original payment method will be instantly reimbursed. You will be repaid for the goods you returned, minus the cost of return postage, which you will be responsible for. Please take up to 3-5 days for your full refund to be processed.
